one-to-two sessions

my home studio is a welcoming space; clean, warm, and fully equipped.

working one-to-two allows sessions to be designed to meet the current needs and interests of the students.

booking can be flexible. some pairs attend weekly, others fortnightly or monthly, perhaps alongside general classes or workshops. some might come for a block of sessions to explore a particular theme, sometimes as a one-off restorative top-ups.

the content of sessions vary. yoga asana, restorative yoga, movement inquiry and somatisation might be mixed with elements of lecture, embodied anatomy, and discussion.

sessions are one and a half hours, with an invitation to arrive five minutes in advance to check-in and settle.
